ห้ามนำไปใช้กับงาน NFT, AI, กลุ่มตูนโดยเด็ดขาด

งานสำหรับใช้เชิงพาณิชย์จะคิดราคา x2 ของราคาเต็ม และสามารถมาปลดเชิงพาณิชย์ภายหลังได้

หากพบว่านำไปใช้ก่อนมาปลดล็อค จะคิดค่าปรับเพิ่มจากค่าเชิงพาณิชย์อีกเท่าตัวของราคางาน และขึ้น Warning List หากยืนยันจะไม่จ่ายเงินในส่วนนี้จะขอลง Blacklist

งานจ้างจาก Vtuber/streamer จะถือว่าเป็นงานใช้เชิงพาณิชย์โดยอัตโนมัติ

ลูกค้าจะต้องจ่ายเงินมัดจำ 50% หลังจากได้รับสเก็ตช์ จะเริ่มงานต่อหลังจากได้รับเงิน และจะส่งงานที่เสร็จแล้วก็ต่อเมื่อได้รับเงินครบจำนวนแล้วเท่านั้น

ถ้าไม่จ่ายมัดจำภายใน 1 อาทิตย์จะขอข้ามไปทำคิวต่อไปก่อน

หลังจากคอนเฟิร์มสเก็ตช์แล้วห้ามเปลี่ยนบรีฟ ถ้าเปลี่ยนจะนับบรีฟใหม่เป็นงานใหม่ คิดราคาใหม่ และจะคืนเงินมัดจำที่จ่ายมาให้ครึ่งหนึ่ง (25% ของราคาเต็ม) และลูกค้าจะไม่ได้รับงานของบรีฟแรก และไม่สามารถนำสเก็ตช์ของบรีฟเก่าไปใช้งานต่อได้ ถ้าลูกค้ามีการแก้ไขรายละเอียดเล็ก ๆ ในบรีฟหลังยืนยันสเก็ตช์ (เช่น เปลี่ยนสีหน้า แก้ทรงผมจากที่ลงไว้ในบรีฟ) จะมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม

เมื่อยืนยันสเก็ตช์แล้วจะไม่สามารถยกเลิกงานได้ ถ้ายกเลิกจะไม่คืนเงินมัดจำในทุกกรณี และจะถูกจดลง Warning List ของเราไว้เพื่อประกอบการตัดสินใจรับงานในครั้งต่อ ๆ ไปค่ะ (ยังไม่ติด Blacklist) ถ้ายกเลิกงานเกิน 2 ครั้งจะถูกลง Blacklist และเราจะไม่รับงานทุกประเภทจากลูกค้าที่ติด Blacklist

เราจะขออัพงานที่เสร็จแล้วลงบนเว็บนี้และใน SNS ต่าง ๆ ของเรา โดยจะติดลายน้ำเป็นชื่อเจ้าของงาน (ชื่อที่ลงในคิว) ถ้าไม่อนุญาตให้ลงให้แจ้งมาตั้งแต่ตอนบรีฟนะคะ

รบกวนลูกค้าส่งบรีฟมาเป็น link google docs/pdf ถ้าไม่มีความจำเป็นจริง ๆ รบกวนไม่ส่งบรีฟมาเป็นภาพ ถ้าสะดวกส่งแค่เป็นภาพ รบกวนให้ฝากภาพลง google drive, เมล หรือเว็บฝากภาพอื่น ๆ ก่อนแล้วส่งมาเป็น link เพื่อป้องกันการถูกบีบภาพ เพราะอาจจะทำให้ดีเทลเล็ก ๆ บางอย่างตกหล่นได้

ขนาดกระดาษปกติที่เราใช้ทำงานคือ 4000*3000 px 300 dpi ปรับเปลี่ยนตามความเหมาะสม ถ้าลูกค้ามีขนาดภาพที่ต้องการแล้วให้แจ้งมาในบรีฟเลยค่ะ

ถ้าลูกค้าต้องการจ่ายผ่าน PayPal / Buy Me a coffee / VGen จะคิดราคาเป็นเรทเดียวกับลูกค้าต่างชาติ

For commercial use, the price will be x2. You can pay for the commercial use rights later (before you use).

If you use it for a commercial before paying the commercial rights fee, you need to pay the fine and will be put on the Warning List. If you don't pay the fine, I'll put you on the Blacklist.

Commission from a Vtuber/streamer will automatically use a commercial use price.

You must pay a 50% deposit to confirm the sketch. I will continue working after I receive the deposit.

You must pay a deposit within one week when it is in your queue. If you cannot pay within 1 week, I'll skip to the next queue first.

After you confirm the sketch, you cannot change the reference sheet. If you change the reference, I will consider it as a new work and recalculate the price. You will get only half the deposit as a refund (25% of the full price). And you are not allowed to use my work from the 1st reference sheet. If you want to edit some details after confirming the sketch (e.g. facial expression/ change of the hairstyle/etc. that is not stated on the 1st ref). You have to pay an extra charge.

After you confirm the sketch, you will not be able to cancel the work. If you cancel, You will not get the deposit refund. I will put you on my Warning List to consider if I will accept your next work. If you cancel more than 2 times, I'll put you on my Blacklist.

You can send me a reference sheet to evaluate the price before confirming the queue.

I will put the finished work on this site and my SNS. If publishing the work is not allowed, please tell me in the reference sheet.

Please send the reference sheet in Google Docs/PDF if possible.

My canvas size is 4000*3000 300 dpi (and will be adjusted up to the work). If you require a specific size, please note it in the reference sheet.
